University Christian Ministries is a ministry of the BC & Yukon District. The BC & Yukon District is committed to protecting your privacy. This Statement of Privacy applies to the BC & Yukon District Web site and governs data collection and usage at all BC & Yukon District sites and services; it does not apply to other online or offline sites, products or services. Please read the BC & Yukon District Statement of Privacy. BC & Yukon District is a general audience web site, intended for users of all ages. Personal information of all users is collected, used and disclosed as described in this Statement of Privacy.
COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Our online giving / donations page collects personal information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. Information collected by BC & Yukon District is used solely for the purpose of your online donations.
BC & Yukon District does not collect any information about your computer hardware and software. We are not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on Web sites outside of the BC & Yukon District Web site.
USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
BC & Yukon District and its operational service partners collect and use your personal information to process product orders and deliver the products requested.
BC & Yukon District does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

ONLINE GIVING
You can schedule new contributions at any time and can modify or cancel those contributions at any time prior to the date they are scheduled. Once the contribution has been processed, however, it cannot be cancelled. No refunds, returns, or cancellations on donations can be made.

BC & Yukon District may occasionally update this Statement of Privacy as the necessary. If there are material changes to this Statement or in how BC & Yukon District will use your personal information, BC & Yukon District will prominently post such changes prior to implementing the change. BC & Yukon District encourages you to periodically review this Statement to be informed of how BC & Yukon District is protecting your information.

CURRENCY
All donations/payments are in Canadian dollars.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Any data collected during the giving process is accessible by our financial team for recordkeeping and tax receipting purposes. BC & Yukon District/University Christian Ministries does not share donor information with any other parties. Personal information is collected only for ministry purposes. By providing your personal information during the giving/payment process, you consent to have BC & Yukon District record your information for receipting and ministry purposes.

TAX RECEIPTS
Tax receipts for receiptable donations are issued according to Canada Revenue Agency guidelines at the end of each fiscal year and mailed by February. Please contact info@bc.paoc.org if you did not receive your receipt.
RECURRING PAYMENTS
To change or cancel a recurring payment, please contact our administrative staff at info@bc.paoc.org or by calling 604-533-2232. Changes may take up to 10 business days to process.
DESIGNATED FUNDS
Spending of funds is confined to church board-approved programs and projects. Each restricted contribution designated toward such an approved program or project will be used as designated with the understanding that when the need for such a program or project has been met, or cannot be completed for any reason determined by the organization, the remaining restricted contributions will be used where needed most.
BC & Yukon District reserves the right to change or update these Policies, Terms & Conditions at any time.
Refund Policy
While it is not the practice of the BC & Yukon District/University Christian Ministries to return gifts once they are made, we do acknowledge instances in which a gift is made in error. Common examples include: making duplicate gifts within a short time period, and entering the wrong amount. For more information or to inquire about a refund, please contact us at info@bc.paoc.org.
Event payments are refundable or may be transferrable should said event be cancelled by BC & Yukon District. If you are unable to attend an event you have already paid for, BC & Yukon District may be able to refund or transfer your payment. Please contact info@bc.paoc.org to inquire.
