Ministry Skills Development for the Apprentice

Apprentices learn the many skills required for campus ministry by working on campus full time alongside a campus pastor for a year. We believe that this hands-on experience is the best way to learn.

Apprentices are not merely on campus to help our existing campus pastors. Our goal is that an apprentice’s service would be an opportunity for learning, and that they would be exposed to a wide range of ministry skills, applicable to a variety of different contexts. Although the ministry skills are specifically geared toward campus ministry, they are transferable to a variety of secular and ministry contexts.
